A "Pitch Count" for the diabetic foot?

As we in North America move well into the baseball season, we at SALSA are again enraptured with the smell of fresh mowed infield turf, hot dogs and cracker jacks. We’re also, of course talking about feet. That got Joe Mills thinking yesterday– perhaps just as a manager or pitching coach might tailor a certain number of pitches per game for a starter or reliever, so too should we do the same sort of tailoring in terms of steps and collection of activity as we move our patients back to their “new normal”.
