@KeckMedUSC David G. Armstrong Provides Keynote at 40th Diabetes Association Symposium in Taipei

David G. Armstrong, Professor of Surgery and Director of the Southwestern Academic Limb Salvage Alliance (SALSA) at the Keck School of Medicine of University of Southern California (USC) became the first podiatric surgeon to provide a Plenary Address to the Diabetes Association of the Republic of China last week in Taipei. The program, which featured speakers from across the globe, welcomed hundreds of physicians, scientists and other clinicians from Taipei and beyond. Armstrong, who is known for his work in amputation prevention in diabetes, gave talks which showed the fusion of technology with therapy in the clinic, the operating room the home and the community .
