As our current third year resident, Albert Amini and two of our fellows Brian Lepow and Matt White struggle with writing discharge/home health orders on one of our patients, we have come up with a new term for our “ChemoVAC” infusion therapy:
WD40 = Wound Dialysis at 40ml/hr.
