SALSAism Entry: In extensus dedo

As good Professor Mills and I worked on some of the editing of the upcoming JAPMA-JVS special issue on the diabetic foot, Mills hit on SALSAism gold:

In Extensus Dedo: A dangerously prominent digit, prone to shoe gear irritation.
This is definitely not bad podo-pedantics for a vascular surgeon. Wouldn’t you agree? I say that, while there is gloria in Excelsis Deo, there is no gloria in extensus dedo.
