Protective socks for people with diabetes: a systematic review and narrative analysis.

The punch line to this much-needed systematic review is: maybe. I think it calls for more work in an area that has received intermittent attention over the years. That said, it stands to reason that socks, being so intimate with the high risk foot and skin, might be a good place to start to make prevention pay. Don’t you think?
