Armstrong First Podiatric Surgeon to Keynote Digital Diabetes Congress…virtually @KeckMedUSC @USC @APMA

David G. Armstrong, Professor of Surgery and Director of the Southwestern Academic Limb Salvage Alliance (SALSA) at Keck School of Medicine became the first podiatric surgeon to keynote the Digital Diabetes Congress in San Francisco, yesterday. Presenting virtually after his flight was cancelled, the lecture featured SALSA and other group’s efforts spanning works from wearable robots to implantable sensors to smart textiles.

  1. Hello Dr., …. Once again, I come back to remind you that the treatment for the diabetic complication, works wonderfully well. I’m sorry to target you Doctor, this has been going on for three years. It’s a matter of life, save legs, save life, it’s the most beautiful. Yes, the question of ethics is very important, I adhere to it and I am for it. There is nothing more important in the world than saving lives. You have done this, the central hub of your life. You work very hard, I have a great respect for everything you do. I want to help do more. If only one diabetic in the world, can, by your intervention, benefit from this treatment and, to have all the benefit that I have, yes, one can rejoice, and one can speak of miracle. I know that almost all diabetics can have a new life with this treatment. I pray the good Lord to guide you, be to find this treatment without my help, either to come and see what I do.
