SALSA’s Armstrong Becomes First Podiatric Surgeon to Deliver Surgery Grand Rounds at Harbor-UCLA

David G. Armstrong, Professor of Surgery and Director of the University of Arizona’s Southern Arizona Limb Salvage Alliance was the first podiatrist to deliver grand rounds to Harbor UCLA’s Department of Surgery. The Surgery Program, led by vascular Surgeon Chris deVirgilio has hired its first podiatric surgeon, Dr. Ashley Miller, to begin to develop a “Toe and Flow” model diabetic foot service.
