We should reflect when we can on why we’re here and who is responsible. After that reflection, we should count our lucky stars and work to do the same or more for who comes next– our own professional progeny. Here’s to honoring our mentors and here’s to paying it forward.
What a great photo with Dr. Brand! I have some of his old Carville videos, which are a treasure- I feel fortunate to have learned from the that program and his amazing work.
