@USC’s Armstrong is first podiatric surgeon to keynote Hanger rehabilitation symposium @KeckMedUSC @APMA

David G. Armstrong, Professor of Surgery and Director of the Southern Arizona Limb Salvage Alliance (SALSA) became the first podiatric surgeon to keynote the Hanger Education Fair/Symposium. He joined an international group of experts who described next-generation techniques in reconstructive surgery, human-machine hybrids, and home-based monitoring to a group of more than 1000 prosthetics professionals from across the nation. “Armstrong’s team at SALSA@USC are at the absolute forefront of innovation in helping people move through the world”, noted Eric Burns of Hanger, “His words inspired us today to do more to help people of all ages and all abilities.”
