Harkless Leadership Award.
The award, created in honor of long-time podiatric surgeon and academic Lawrence B. The award was part of a keynote lecture at the inaugural UT Great Debates and Update in the Diabetic Foot held this weekend in San Antonio. The program was co-chaired by Lee C. Rogers, DPM, Chief of Podiatric Surgery at the UT Health Science Center, San Antonio, and Lawrence A. Lavery, DPM, MPH, Professor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. UT Southwestern.
