December 2-3, 2011 Vesuvius, Italy: Let’s stop The Eruption of Amputations

The village of Stabia in Southern Italy was destroyed by Mount
Vesuvius a few years ago (79 AD). Now, the town will be the site of an
international diabetic foot symposium. On behalf of the conference
Chair, Dr. Vincenzo Prisco, I invite you to attend what I’m sure will
be a superb meeting. The goal: the prevention of another eruption: the
steadily increasing number of amputations, worldwide. See you there
(or streaming on the web if you’re afraid of 2000 year old burning
ash).
