We are pleased to highlight more initial data with Tibial Cortex Transverse Transport (TTT). This novel approach offers a potential additional intervention for patients with chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI) and severe diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs). The TTT technique, as detailed in a recent case series from our colleagues in Boston, demonstrates the potential for improved wound healing and reduced amputation rates, making it a potentially meaningful development in the treatment of complex lower extremity wounds worthy of further exploration.
